The Cornwall Business Directory 2008/2009
The new 2008/2009 Cornwall Business Directory is now available for purchase. The directory includes details of over 2,100 Cornish companies including business name, address, telephone and fax number, website and email address, main contact name, employee band and a brief description about what activities the business is involved in.
The Cornwall Business Directory is available as a CD-ROM and retails at £50 + VAT. The CD-ROM is perfect for direct marketing campaigns and comes with a free hard copy directory.
Functions
The CD-ROM allows you to perform the following functions:
- E-mail merge
- Mail merge
- Printing address labels
- Database search
Users can not export data from the CD-ROM into other software applications. Upgrades are available direct from the publisher but will incur additional charges.
Technical Information
The CD-ROM is compatible with Microsoft Office only and can be used with Windows 95 SR2, Windows 98, Windows NT Workstation and Server, Windows 2000 (all versions), Windows XP (all versions) and Windows Vista. The CD-ROM requires Internet Explorer 5 or above to be installed.
To use the email merge function Outlook Express or Outlook needs to be properly configured. PDF's can not be used. To carry out a mail shot Microsoft Word 98 or above needs to be installed.
One copy of the program may either be used by a single person who uses the software personally on one or more computers, or installed on a single workstation used non-simultaneously by multiple people, but not both.
